چکیده

The Hanjiang River is one of the major tributaries Yangtze River, and Basin serves as an important link connecting western eastern regions China. As a significant tourist destination, development tourism industry in great significance for promoting local economic, social, environmental sustainability. study spatiotemporal evolution ecological efficiency beneficial optimizing investment resource elements protection high-quality area. In this paper, we used Super-Efficiency Slacks-Based Measure Model to calculate 12 cities from 2010 2019 measured its spatial agglomeration using ArcGIS software. results show that during period, presented phased characteristic first rising then falling over time heterogeneity decreasing downward-middle-upward staircase pattern spatially. addition, distribution exhibited obvious clustering dependence, with low-level homogenization phenomena, which requires strengthening cooperation coordination among neighboring achieve more efficient utilization higher-quality product development.

Does international trade improve environmental efficiency? An application of a super slacks-based measure of efficiency

This study analyzes the impact of international trade on environmental efficiency. Using a data envelopment analysis (DEA) model that allows us to treat undesirable outputs and super-efficiency beyond unity, we measure the environmental efficiency of four typical air pollutants—SO2, NOx, particulate matter 10 μm or less in diameter, and CO2—for 98 countries for the period 1970–2008. The resulti...

A slacks-based measure of super-efficiency in data envelopment analysis

The current paper proposes a slack-based version of the Super SBM, which is an alternative superefficiency model for the SBM proposed by Tone. Our two-stage approach provides the same superefficiency score as that obtained by the Super SBM model when the evaluated DMU is efficient and yields the same efficiency score as that obtained by the SBM model when the evaluated DMU is inefficient. The p...

A slacks-based measure of efficiency in data envelopment analysis

In this paper, we will propose a Slacks-Based measure (SBM) of efficiency in DEA. This scalar measure deals directly with the input surplus and the output shortage of the decision making unit (DMU) concerned. It is unit invariant and monotone decreasing with respect to input surplus and output shortage. Furthermore, this measure is decided only by consulting with the reference set of the DMU an...

Measuring sustainability by Energy Efficiency Analysis for Korean Power Companies: A Sequential Slacks-Based Efficiency Measure

Improving energy efficiency has been widely regarded as one of the most cost-effective ways to improve sustainability and mitigate climate change. This paper presents a sequential slack-based efficiency measure (SSBM) application to model total-factor energy efficiency with undesirable outputs. This approach simultaneously takes into account the sequential environmental technology, total input ...

A Slacks-base Measure of Super-efficiency for Dea with Negative Data

Data envelopment analysis (DEA) is a non-parametric method for measuring the efficiency of a set of decision making units (DMUs), such as companies or public sector agencies. The main DEA models are only used for positive data. In recent years, some models have been presented to deal with negative data in DEA models. However, these models do not discriminate between efficient DMUs and only eval...
